AproPower VH 100/100 is designed for surface, high-frequency hardening of piston rods from Ф10 to Ф70 and L1000. The machine is also applicable for other types of details with the appropriate sizes - up to Ф120, but with a shorter length. Hardening of each detail requires appliance for fixing the detail and a specially designed inductor. The depth of the surface hardened layer is from 0.8 to 5 mm, depending on the workpiece, the hardening regime and the type of material.М
