TheAproPower BH 25/100 hardening machine is intended for surface hardening of cutting tapes using HIGH FREQUENCY CURRENT. The hardening is performed only over the cutting peaks of the tape, so the hardness and wear resistance to be increased without the material toughness to be broken.
The hardening machine is designed for hardening of cutting tapes, wide from 25 mm to 100 mm, thick from 0.6 to 1.2 mm and long from 3 m to 10 m.
As options a cooling system for the cooling liquid of the generator and the hardening liquid is provided.

Horizontal machine for surface hardening of directional rails with high frequency current up to Ф300 L3000
AproPower GH 160/10 is a machine for surface hardening of details with high frequency current. The machine is intended for hardening of round and flat directional rails and details up to Ф300 and length of up to L=3000. The machineAproPower GH 160/10 is equipped with a generator of 160kW and frequency of 10kHz, made on IGBT transistors.
The working table of the machine allows two types of directional rails to be fixed: flat directional rails with dimensions up to 400×400×3000; round directional rails from Ф40 to Ф300 and lengths of up to L=3000; various details which are fixed on the working table through an appliance or between centres.

Machine for surface hardening of details for a gear-box
AproPower 200H is a complex machine for surface inductive hardening of details with high frequency current. The machine is specially designed for hardening of details for automobile construction, such as forks, slides, stoppers, gears, etc. of the gear-box of the Fiat and Alfa automobiles. AproPower 200H is constructed by the following functional blocks: Working rotating table with four positions; Two medium-frequency generators on MOSFET transistors with power of 20 kW / 200kHz each;
Control of the machine, made on Simatic;
Two cooling systems with a closed cycle, made on cooling fluids water/freon; Cooling system for the generators, inductors and the heating module;
Cooling system for the hardening liquid. The control of the machine allows the process of hardening to be performed automatically, semi-automatically or manually.

Machine for surface hardening with high frequency current
AproPower 50 HM is a machine for surface hardening of details with high frequency current. The machine is intended for hardening of details up to Ф40 together with the AproPower 20/33 generator and up to Ф100 together with the AproPower 100/33 generator. The machine can harden shafts and axes, fixed between the two centres, with maximum length of the surface being hardened of L=500.
The working table of the machine allows fixing of details on appliances in the place of the rotating centre. It allows hardening of various types of details which are with an appropriate shape and size for fixing on the working table. The machine for surface hardening is an independent module and can be equipped with various kinds of generators, as well. The hardening process is fully controllable by the controlling controller SIMATIC with a sensor panel, installed on the machine. The controller controls both the machine and the generator for hardening. As options also a cooling system of the hardening liquid is available to the hardening machine.

MACHINE FOR VERTICAL HARDENING OF PISTON SHAFTS UP TO Ф70 L1000
The machine for hardening AproPower VH 100/100 is intended for surface high-frequency hardening of piston shafts from Ф10 to Ф70 and L1000. The machine can also harden various kinds of details with appropriate dimensions of up to Ф120 but with less length. For hardening of various details an appliance for fixing the detail on the table for hardening and an inductor for it are required. The depth of the surface hardened layer is from 0.8 to 5 mm depending on the detail, the mode of hardening and kind of the material.
The machine can also harden details, placed onto appliances.
