AproPower 10/4 Medium-Frequency Generator

The medium-frequency transducer of frequency is intended for induction heating of magnetic and non-magnetic metals and alloys of them. The generator enables an application at fast and effective heating of details, intended for plastic deformation. The generator can be used for power supply of induction furnace for metal melting.

AproPower 6 / 30 Medium-Frequency Generator

The AproPower 6 / 30 medium-frequency generator is intended for induction heating, soldering of details with hard solders, melting little amounts of metals and alloys, etc. The generator enables fast and effective heating when sticking multi-layer folios with a metal layer for manufacturing tubes and boxes. AproPower 6 / 30 is suitable for other applications, as well, where the principles of induction heating are used.

AproPower 1G Induction Melting Machine

The AproPower 1G induction melting machine is intended for melting metals such as gold, silver, copper and copper alloys in airy medium. The induction melting of these kinds of metals are made indirectly in a graphite crucible. In order to avoid active oxidation it is foreseen over the crucible a torch to be fired for burning the oxygen around him or inert gas to be introduced.
Highly effective semiconductor induction generator with microprocessor control is integrated in AproPower 1G. On the control panel a thermometer is installed indicating the temperature on the bottom of the crucible.

Medium frequency transformers
High-frequency coherence transformer is intended for machines for hardening with HFC, and inductors for hardening are fixed directly onto it. The transformer also has an application as coherent to the machines for induction heating.
