HpP Series open frame ultrasonic generators
Ultrasonic generators type SG xx00 HpP (High Peak Power) are designed to power supply piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers. The generator is produced in a metal box with IP20 protection and is designed for installation in equipment and devices with protection of at least IP54.
Ultrasonic generators type SG xx00 HpP (High Peak Power) ultrasonic generators are a product of Apronecs Ltd. and their design is based on an advanced and improved ultrasonic technology. HpP ultrasonic technology ensures high-frequency ultrasonic fluctuations without dead-zones. It allows power supplying of different piezoelectric acoustic loads – single-resonant or multi-resonant. generators are fully applicable in a wide range of ultrasonic technology applications – cleaning, sonochemical processes, welding of plastics and metals, cutting, slitting, soldering, textile processing.

Desktop ultrasonic generators for different applications

Desktop ultrasonic generators are designed for a wide range of applications - developing new projects, researching of ultrasonic technological processes, laboratory experiments and industrial applications. The ultrasonic generators of this class enable driving of piezoelectric loads with power from 100W to 2000W. The operating frequency setting can be smoothly changed from 19kHz to 46 kHz.
Desktop ultrasonic generators are very suitable for research and new applications because all their characteristics are controllable. The following parameters can be set through a remote control or interface using PC software: operating frequency, feedbacks, frequency changes, different modulations, power, etc. The generators are produced with adjustable inductive compensation. This feature enables driving of acoustic loads with different capacity and frequency.

Ultrasonic generator modules
The ultrasonic generator modules are designed for driving piezoelectric loads with power 150 W, 300 W, 600 W and 1200 W. The frequency range of 150W, 300W and 600 W generators is from 19 kHz to 46 kHz. There are two types of 1200W generators with two frequency ranges - type LF with frequency range from 19kHz to 35 kHz and HF type with frequency range from 28 kHz to 46 kHz. 
Parameter setting of ultrasonic generator modules is also available through a remote control panel or interface by PC software. Piezoelectric acoustic loads of different type or power can be connected to generator’s output. Adjustable inductive compensation enables easy replacement of the ultrasonic load. Parameter setting is easy and does not require special equipment.
